Units/Beds: Ortho 30 | Med Surg 37

Ratios: Typically 6:1

Charting: Meditech

Certs: BLS required

Staffing/Support: PCTs + SNEs (tech role); Unit Secretary on days

Scheduling: 4-week schedule blocks; FT = 4 weekend shifts per month

Floating: Inpatient units (take patients); task float to CCU/ED

Requested roles: RN / LPN / PCT

Must-haves: Positive attitude, teamwork, able to manage a patient load, patient-centered care

Procedures: Occasional bedside procedures (less common than CCU/ED)
