Description

Facility/Unit: PeaceHealth Sacred Heart – Inpatient Rehabilitation (Cost Center 594G) | 27 beds

Role Needed: Physical Therapist (3.0 FTE) | No floating

Assignment: 13 weeks | Start Date: 03/30/2026 | Reason: Contractor replacement

Schedule: 40 hrs/week; weekends/holidays as needed

Experience: IPR experience preferred (not required)

EMR: Epic
