Description

Unit: Cardiac ICU RN

Provide care in a 32-bed cardiac ICU with high-acuity patients requiring advanced cardiac and critical care management.
Ratios: 2:1.
Requirements: BLS, ACLS; strong cardiac and critical care experience.
Must be skilled in hemodynamic monitoring, ventilator management, and advanced devices.
Preferred: Experience with PA catheters, IABP, Impella, and CRRT.
Details: Meditech charting; equipment includes Hill-Rom beds and Phillips telemetry; floating required; weekend rotation (3–4 shifts per schedule).
