Description

Unit: ICU – Cardiac Critical Care
Care Setting: Intensive Care

Care for critically ill patients including post open-heart cases in a 12-bed ICU with typical 1:2 ratios.
Must have strong cardiac critical care experience, including hemodynamic monitoring and advanced support devices such as Impella; CRRT experience is a plus.
Participate in rapid response and code situations in a high-acuity environment.
Required certifications: ACLS and BLS (CCRN preferred).
MEDITECH charting is used; weekend rotation and floating to PCU/Med Surg may be required.
