ICU RN

Unit: 21-bed ICU
EHR: Meditech
Requirements: 1+ year current acute care ICU experience, BLS, ACLS, NIHSS
Preferred: Cardiac and CRRT experience
Ratios: 1:2 ICU, 1:3 for Stepdown patients, or 1:1 for high-acuity patients
Skills: Ventilator management, vasopressor titration, sepsis and arrhythmia care, Med Surg critical care
Procedures: Intubation, central line insertion, bronchoscopy, endoscopy
Equipment: Hospira IV pumps
Support: Charge nurse without patient assignment on days and nights
