- Guaranteed Hours Per Week: 40
- Shift Requirements: 8hr Day Shift (8a-430p)

- Float Requirements: N/A
- On Call/Call Back Requirements: None
- Weekend/Holiday Requirements: Possible weekend rotation, but unlikely (must be flexible). No holiday.
- Required Certifications: WI OT License & AHA BLS
- Required Education: Graduate from a OT program
- Minimum Experience: 2-5+ years preferred
- Unit Overview: 50%+ SB/IP/OPO in our hospital; 50% outpatient elderly/chronic pain population
- Unit Information: Total joints, low back/neck pain, chronic pain
- Charting Experience: Epic preferred
- Scrub Colors: None Dress casual generally
- Desired Specific Skillset for an ideal candidate: Experience in hospital and outpatient and more interest in IP/SB population. Inpatient and swingbed/observation patient experience/interest

GSA is not guaranteed orientation week. Traveler is guaranteed set hours per week, except during holidays where unit is closed.

Billing: Monday - Sunday
