RADIUS RULE: TRAVELR MUST BE OUTSIDE 50 MILES FROM FACILITY
MLT/MLS
• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Start dates: ASAP
• Guaranteed Hours Per Week: 40
• Primary Location: Aspirus St Lukes
• Shift Requirements: 8 hr Day/ afternoons, variable start time.
Float Requirements: None
• On Call/Call Back Requirements: Can be low censused and put on call. Call back minimum is 2 hours
• Weekend/Holiday Rotation Requirements: Every other weekend/ holidays as needed
• Required Licenses and Certifications: ASCP Certification as Medical Lab Technician or Scientist. MLT- Associate degree in laboratory science or medical laboratory technology from an accredited institution. MLS-Bachelors degree in Medical Laboratory Science
• Minimum Experience : 3+ years .
Desired Specific Skillset for an ideal candidate: Atellica Experience
• Charting Experience: Epic REQUIRED
Scrub color: Hunter Green/ White or Black

GSA hours are not guaranteed the week of Orientation

Contract is eligible for 36 hours of low census unbillable hours
