The facility offers a wide range of specialties, including cardiology, orthopedics, ophthalmology, general surgery, obstetrics, gynecology, emergency medicine, gastroenterology, hospitalist services, intensivists, nephrology, hematology, urology, podiatry, pulmonary medicine and wound care.
Central Carolina hospital is certified by the Joint Commission as a Primary Stroke Center and by the American College of Cardiology as a Chest Pain Center. We have also earned Advanced Heart Failure Accreditation from the American College of Cardiology. In 2024, we received the American Heart Association's Get With The Guidelines Stroke Rural Recognition Silver Award.
