Northeast Georgia Rehabilitation Institute is a state-of-the-art, 40-bed inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital dedicated to the treatment and recovery of individuals who have experienced the debilitating effects of a severe injury or illness.
Our rehabilitation programs provide ongoing care and specialized treatment to patients throughout their recovery journey. We offer customized, individualized rehabilitation tailored to the specific needs of those recovering from a stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injury.

• Supervisor: Michelle Emerson, PT, DPT Director of Therapy • Patient Population adult, geriatric, neuro, ortho, debility, amputee, critical illness, etc.

• Preferred Skillset/Experience: Neuro, inpatient rehab, Experience with GG Quality Indicators

• Personality Fit: down to earth, likes to have fun with his/her treatments and co-workers, can take a joke
• Required Education: Masters or Doctorate degree in SLP
