Travel Contract Home Health Physical Therapist — Milford, MA

MedWorks Staffing is seeking a Physical Therapist for a home health travel assignment in Milford, Massachusetts.

Assignment Details:
• Guaranteed 40 hours per week
• Productivity: 30 points
• Coverage: Worcester and south, including Millville, Uxbridge and Douglas
• Home health experience required
• Homecare Homebase (HCHB) experience required
• Mileage reimbursement available
• Anticipated duration: 13 weeks; confirm assignment dates
