Now Hiring: Travel Physical Therapist – Home Health
Location: Antigo, WI
Schedule: Day shift, 8-430, M-F & will rotate 1 Saturday every 6-8 weeks
Duration: 13 weeks
IMPORTANT: Must reside 50 or more miles from zip code 54409
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement a comprehensive range of therapeutic techniques including exercises, manual therapy, and modalities such as ultrasound and electrical stimulation to enhance patient mobility and alleviate pain
• Utilize assistive devices effectively to support patient function and independence
• Provide patient and caregiver education on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and recovery strategies to support long-term outcomes
• Will work with adult/geriatric population with a variety of orthopedic, neurological and functional mobility diagnosis
• Will have 4-5 visits on average per day
Qualifications:
• Current WI state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Current AHA BLS is required
• Experience in home health settings is preferred
