Now Hiring: Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – Med Surg Float Pool
Location: Albany, GA
Schedule: Night shift: 1845-0715 | Every other weekend rotation and 2 out 3 holidays expected to work
Duration: 17 week contract | 36 or 48 hour contact
Important: Applicants must reside 75 miles or more from zip code 31701
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver direct patient care in alignment with established protocols
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure quality outcomes
• Will be asked to Float to all acute units and potentially the North Campus, but will likely be working in Acute Care Unit rather than serving as a float pool nurse
• Patient Ratios are 1:6 for all shifts
Qualifications:
• Active Georgia RN license or Compact License
• Minimum recent 2 years of Med Surg experience
• Must have recent experience with Sickle Cell and PIV Insertion
• AHA BLS and NIHSS required, ACLS certification highly preferred
• Meditech Expanse Experience preferred, but will train
• At least 1 Travel assignment completed
