Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist for an outpatient position requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in orthopedic, personal injury, and workers' compensation settings.
Details
- Outpatient physical therapy clinic setting
- Schedule: Monday–Thursday 11:00 AM–7:00 PM and Fridays 7:00/8:00 AM–3:00/4:00 PM
- No weekend shifts required
- 13-week contract
- Patient caseload averages 12–14 patients per day, approximately 60 patients per week
- Double-booking is standard practice at most locations
- EMR system used is RainTree
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of physical therapy experience required
- Experience in orthopedic outpatient, personal injury, and workers' compensation settings required
- New graduates will not be considered
- License required if applicable
Additional Information
- Full support staff at every location, including front office staff and PT Aides/Techs, to assist with patient flow
- Orientation begins with a facility-provided first-day introduction (FDI) arranged by the Clinic Director prior to the assignment start date
- First day includes meeting the team, an introduction to RainTree EMR, shadowing treatments, and treating a few patients
- Clinicians are expected to work independently beginning on day two of the assignment
- 2 professional supervisory references from within the past 2 years required for consideration
- Full 7-year work history with all gaps explained required for consideration
- All time-off or scheduling requests must be submitted at the time of initial consideration
