Description

American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for an outpatient rehabilitation setting in Texas, requiring a minimum of 1 year of experience and an active TX PT license.

Details

Outpatient physical therapy setting at a rehabilitation center
13-week contract
Schedule: 5x8-hour day shifts, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Epic EMR experience preferred

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of physical therapy experience required
Active TX PT license required; pending license accepted
Current BLS certification required
TX PT license required if applicable
Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible

Additional Information

First-time travelers are welcome to apply
No travel pairs or groups will be accepted
Former permanent staff must have been separated from the facility for at least 1 year before being eligible as a traveler
No RTO will be approved during the first week of orientation; no more than 3 days of RTO will be auto-approved for the duration of the contract
Candidates residing in the following Texas counties are not eligible: Henderson, Anderson, Cherokee, Rusk, Panola, Smith, Gregg, Van Zandt, Wood, Upshur, Camp, Hopkins, Franklin, Titus, and Morris

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience for my first travel assignment. American Traveler has made the entire process feel easy from start to finish. Whether it’s my recruiter, Amanda, or Iranna from payroll, I always get a quick response when I have a question. It’s nice working with a team that actually follows up and keeps you in the loop. Amanda has been awesome throughout my assignment. She checks in regularly with a call or text just to see how things are going and make sure I don’t need anything. That level of support has really stood out to me. I’m rly happy I chose American Traveler for my first assignment, and I wouldn’t hesitate to work with them again.
