Description
American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for an acute care hospital setting, requiring prior acute care experience.
Details
- Acute care hospital setting within the Physical Therapy department
- Schedule runs Tuesday through Saturday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- 26-week assignment length
- Expected to work every other weekend and holidays in rotation with hospital employees
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of experience within the last 6 months in the specialty applied for
- Acute care experience required
- Active state license required if applicable
- No employment gaps of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
- US Social Security Number and date of birth required for consideration
- One professional reference required (two required for Florida and Missouri)

- First-time travelers may be considered
- Local candidates are permitted for this position
- 50-mile radius rule applies for travel candidates
- Scrub colors vary by department per facility policy
- Candidates with recent employment gaps will not be considered
