Description
American Traveler is hiring an experienced Medical/Surgical RN for a 21-bed unit requiring BLS, ACLS, and an active IL RN license.
Details
- Work in a 21-bed Medical/Surgical unit
- Care for post-op and non-infectious patients including chest pain, CVA, and abdominal pain cases
- Day shift schedule, 10-hour shifts, 4 shifts per week
- Required to work every other weekend
- Block scheduling may be possible
- Floating within scope to other similar units required
Requirements
- Active IL RN license required
- BLS and ACLS certifications required (AHA only)
- Minimum 2 years of recent Medical/Surgical experience required
- Cerner EMR experience strongly preferred
- 2 professional references from similar experience (1-2 years) required
Additional Information
- Must reside within a 50-mile radius of the facility with no exceptions
- RTO must be submitted along with candidate profile
