Description

American Traveler is hiring a Labor and Delivery RN for a night shift hospital role requiring high-risk antepartum care experience and an active OH or compact RN license.

Details

Hospital-based Labor and Delivery/Antepartum unit
Night shift, 3x12-hour shifts (7:00 PM-7:30 AM)
Provides high-risk antepartum care for pregnant patients requiring closer monitoring, including preeclampsia, preterm labor, vaginal bleeding, placental issues, and multiple gestations

Requirements

Active OH RN license or compact state RN license required
BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications required
Basic Fetal Monitoring certification required
Minimum of 12 months permanent Labor and Delivery experience required
One professional reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the applicable specialty required, dated within the past 12 months

Additional Information

Provides specialized antepartum monitoring and care for high-risk pregnancies
Travelers expected to work every other holiday
COVID-19 and flu vaccinations required, with medical or religious exemptions only
Local candidates accepted at the same bill rate
Permanent employees may not return to this health system for 1 year from their previous end date
