Description

American Traveler is hiring an RN for a Cardiac Cath Lab position requiring prior Cath Lab/IR experience and on-call availability for a 26-week assignment.

Details

Cath Lab unit with 2 labs and 5 patient bays
Provides pre, intra, and post care for cardiac catheterization patients
Uses GE/MacLab equipment
Documents in Meditech
Scheduled Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Requires after-hours on-call availability with typically minimal callback
Unit sees approximately 3 STEMI cases per month

Requirements

Active RN license (GA or compact) required
BLS and ACLS certifications required
Minimum 1 year of recent Cath Lab/IR experience required
No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months

Additional Information

Royal blue scrubs required as part of the dress code
Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to be eligible for this travel position
First-time travelers may be considered
