Description

American Traveler is seeking a Home Health Physical Therapist with 6 months to 1 year of recent home health experience and OASIS proficiency.

Details

Home health setting
Day shift, 5x8 hours, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Floating may be requested based on facility needs

Requirements

6 months to 1 year of recent home health experience required
OASIS experience required
Specialty experience within the last year required for all units
License required if applicable
BLS certification required through the American Heart Association (AHA)

Additional Information

Mileage reimbursed at the IRS rate
Open to local candidates at the same base rate
Candidates cannot work both travel and per diem contracts simultaneously at this facility
Prior permanent employees must have a 6-month gap before returning as a travel contractor
Requested time off should be minimal, ideally no full calendar week off and no more than 7 days total during the assignment
All time off requests must be submitted upfront; no additional requests will be approved after an offer is extended
