Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an Operating Room position requiring an active IA or compact RN license and prior OR experience.

Details

Work in the Operating Room department of a hospital setting
Day shift schedule from 06:45 to 17:15
On-call requirement of one night per week from 17:15 to 19:00
6-month contract assignment
Thanksgiving coverage requested but not required

Requirements

Active RN license (IA or compact) required
Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience required
Current BLS certification (American Heart Association) required for all direct patient care personnel
Current ACLS certification required
Current NIHSS certification required
CST or ST credential required
Current license/certificate verification dated within 30 days of start required

Additional Information

Must reside within a 60-mile radius of the facility for eligibility
Provide references, licensure verification through Nursys, and a COVID vaccination card for consideration
