Description
American Traveler is hiring a Labor & Delivery RN for a night shift assignment requiring EFM certification and an OH or compact RN license.
Details
- Labor and Delivery unit assignment
- 13-week contract
- Night shift schedule from 19:00-07:30
- May be floated to another unit or care site within the health system to maintain contracted hours
- No guaranteed hours; staff may be down staffed or reassigned based on operational need
Requirements
- Active OH or compact RN license required
- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association required for all direct patient care personnel
- NCC Electronic Fetal Monitoring (EFM) certification required
- NRP certification required for RNs in Birth Center
- License verification must be dated within 30 days of start, including NURSYS verification for RNs
Additional Information
- Local candidates may be accepted depending on state location
- Radius rule of 60 miles applies for most locations, with exceptions at select facilities requiring 50-90 mile radius

The higher ups wanted me to do an extension (that I was happy to do) at a significant pay decrease. Wouldn't even consider paying me the same as my first contract.
