Description

American Traveler is hiring an Interventional Radiology Technologist for a Cardiac Interventional Radiology position requiring ARRT certification and at least 1 year of experience.

Details

Interventional Radiology unit within a cardiac IR setting
5x8 hour day shifts from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Weekend shifts required
On-call requirement of 1-2 nights per week and every 6th Friday, Saturday, and Sunday

Requirements

Minimum of 1 year of experience required, 2 years preferred
ARRT R, BLS, and ACLS (SCRQSA) certifications required
License required if applicable
Pending state license accepted, must be obtained prior to starting
Recent Epic experience preferred but not required
Prior travel experience required
First-time travelers accepted

Additional Information

Cardiac Dysrhythmia and Moderate Sedation pass/fail tests administered on the first day of orientation with one attempt to pass
Must report to the lab within 24 hours of signing
Attendance policy in place; more than two missed shifts per 13-week contract without reasonable explanation may result in contract review for cancellation
All requested time off must be submitted with the initial application, as later requests will not be considered
Local candidates not accepted; must reside more than 75 miles from the facility
Former SRHS perm staff are not eligible to return as travelers to any SRHS facility
