Description
American Traveler is hiring a Cath Lab Technologist for a 13-week acute care assignment requiring 2+ years of cath lab experience and ARRT certification.
Details
- Cardiac Cath Lab unit with 2 procedure suites/labs
- Acute care setting
- Average of 5 cases per day
- Common cases include RHC, LHC, PCI, EP, Rotablator, and peripheral procedures
- Cerner EMR used
- Team includes 3 Cath Lab/IR Techs
- 8-hour day shifts, 5 days a week
- Call required every other weekend on an on-call basis (1-2 weekends per month)
- 30-minute call response time required
- 1 holiday coverage required
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience required
- BSN required
- ARRT, BLS (AHA), Fluoroscopy, and LA City Fire & Safety certifications required
- CA RAD and Fluoro certification required
- License required if applicable
- Active state or compact (NLC) licensure required for the state of submission

- Work alongside a team of Cath Lab/IR Techs
- Hospital may cancel up to 4 shifts per 13-week assignment
