Description
American Traveler is hiring a Labor & Delivery RN for a night shift assignment requiring 2 years of L&D experience and specialty certifications including AWHONN and NRP.
Details
- Labor & Delivery unit within a hospital setting
- 13-week assignment
- Night shift schedule, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
Requirements
- Active CA RN license required
- BLS certification required (AHA or ARC accepted)
- Minimum 2 years of recent Labor & Delivery experience required
- AWHONN Fetal Monitoring certification required (Intermediate or Advanced), or NCC EFM accepted
- NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification required, must be Advanced 9th Edition
- Certifications must not expire within first 30 days of assignment start
- No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
- US Social Security Number and date of birth required for consideration
- One professional reference required
Additional Information
- Provide skilled nursing care to laboring and postpartum patients in a Women's Services department
- Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility; local candidates will not be considered
- First-time travelers may be considered
