Description
American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a PCU/Surgical Stepdown position requiring floating to multiple campuses and every other weekend rotation.
Details
- PCU/Surgical Stepdown unit within a hospital setting
- Floats to other campuses in Lake Placid and Wauchula, and rarely other locations
- Floats within the hospital to other units housing PCU patients, such as ED holding/ETC
- 12-hour day shift schedule
- Every other weekend rotation required
Requirements
- Active FL or Compact RN license required
- COVID-19 vaccination card or approved declination required for consideration
- Two doses of COVID-19 vaccine required or an approved declination
Additional Information
- Care for PCU/surgical stepdown patients across multiple units and campuses
- Local candidates accepted at the same rate as travelers
- No radius rule applies to this position
- Permanent employees must be separated from the facility for at least 90 days before returning as a traveler
- First-time travelers are welcome to apply
