Description
American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Med/Surg Tele position requiring a TX or compact license and prior travel nursing experience.
Details
- Med/Surg Tele unit in a hospital setting
- Night shift, 4x12 hours (18:45-07:15), with straight 48s or alternating 36/48 schedules considered
- Floating to other med/surg/tele units as assigned
- 13-week assignment
Requirements
- Active TX or compact RN license required
- BLS certification required; NIHSS preferred
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
- Prior travel nursing experience required
- Cerner charting experience preferred
Additional Information
- Candidates must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to be eligible
- Facility conducts its own mandatory drug screen upon arrival, including marijuana testing, with positive results resulting in automatic cancellation
- RTO must be submitted with application
