Description

American Traveler is hiring a Cath Lab / EP Technologist with 2+ years of Cath Lab, Structural Heart, and EP experience for a day shift assignment.

Details

Cath Lab with 3 procedure rooms and 1 dedicated EP lab
Adult and geriatric patient population
Average caseload of 3 cases per room
Procedures include cardiac catheterization and intervention, structural heart (TAVR/Mitraclip/Watchman), peripheral vascular angiography and intervention, EP ablations, and device implants
4x10 hour day shifts from 0700-1730
Approximately 6-8 shifts per month (4-5 weekdays and 1 weekend)
Epic EMR experience required; Allscripts preferred

Requirements

Minimum 2 years experience in Cath Lab, Structural Heart, and EP
BLS, ACLS, ARRT (R), CA CRT, and Fluoroscopy Permit required
Active CA license required if applicable
Proficiency with surgery/C-arm procedures, scrubbing, PACS, and fluoroscopy studies
Experience with stents, angioplasty, angiograms, and peripheral upper/lower extremity vascular and venous studies
Must be able to work with adult and geriatric patient populations
Structural heart experience required

Additional Information

Perform cardiac catheterization, structural heart interventions, peripheral vascular angiography and intervention, EP ablations, and device implants
Scrubs provided
First-time travelers accepted
Local candidates accepted at the travel rate
Smoke and nicotine-free facility; candidates must arrive free of tobacco odor
RTO requests should be submitted prior to start of contract
