Description
American Traveler is hiring an experienced Oncology RN for an outpatient ports/injections clinic, requiring current ONS Chemotherapy/Immunotherapy certification and EPIC experience.
Details
- Outpatient oncology clinic setting supporting ports and injections
- Day shift hours from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
- Schedule options of four 10-hour shifts or five 8-hour shifts per week
- Likely day off on Fridays for those working four-day schedules
- Uses EPIC for charting
Requirements
- Active MA RN license required (no conditional or pending licenses accepted)
- Current BLS certification (AHA preferred)
- Current ONS Chemotherapy/Immunotherapy course certificate required
- 3+ years of current outpatient oncology or medical infusion experience required
- 1+ years of outpatient experience required
- Strong IV skills required
- EPIC charting experience required
- Flu vaccine required with no religious or medical exemptions allowed
Additional Information
- Administer oncology medication injections and manage port access for outpatient cancer center patients
- Local candidates accepted if permanent residence is 60+ miles from Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston
- Candidates without recent outpatient oncology/infusion or EPIC experience will not be considered
