Description

American Traveler is hiring a Home Health RN with at least 1 year of experience and an active VT or compact RN license for a full-time contract position with a community-focused home health and hospice provider.

Details

Home health and hospice care setting serving individuals of all backgrounds
Provides individualized, goal-oriented nursing care per physician orders
Serves as Case Manager when this position is the lead discipline
Uses Homecare Homebase (HCHB) EMR system
Monday-Friday day shift schedule with weekend rotation approximately every 4th week
No holiday coverage required
20-week contract duration

Requirements

Active VT or compact RN license required
Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience required

Additional Information

Delivers health promotion, long-term care, and maternal-and-child health services
Works with a not-for-profit organization focused on community well-being
