Description

American Traveler is seeking an Outpatient Physical Therapist with 1+ years of clinical experience for an energetic orthopedic clinic setting.

Details

• Outpatient orthopedic clinic setting with a collaborative PT/PTA team
• Patient ratio of 10-11 patients per day
• Evaluations scheduled in 30-minute blocks with sessions lasting approximately 1-1.25 hours
• Treats adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients
• Case types include Achilles Tendonitis, ACL Tear, post-operative back pain, calf strain, disc herniation, fractures, low back pain, headache, meniscus tear, osteoarthritis, osteoporosis, plantar fasciitis, postural dysfunction, rotator cuff non-surgical intervention, balance, deconditioning, neck and back pain, vestibular therapy, and manual therapy
• Uses NextGen EMR for documentation
• Schedule is Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week with flexible scheduling options
• Clinic hours vary by day, ranging from 6:30 AM to 6:30 PM
• No on-call requirements

Requirements

• License required if applicable
• More than 1 year of clinical physical therapy experience required
• Outpatient case management experience required
• Strong communication skills required
• Ability to work collaboratively within a PT/PTA clinical team
• New graduates not accepted
