Description
American Traveler is hiring an Interventional Radiology Technologist - Special Procedures for a Level II Trauma Center, requiring IR experience with Neuro IR experience preferred.
Details
- Work in the Imaging/Special Procedures department of a 321-bed hospital
- Rotational Monday-Friday dayshift schedule with shifts including 7am-3:30pm, 8am-4:30pm, and call days (9am until cases complete)
- Rotational on-call required on weekdays and weekends
- Will float to all departments within Medical Imaging including CT, MRI, US, Radiology, and Interventional Radiology
- Uses Meditech documentation system
- Performs moderate sedation procedures across Imaging departments
Requirements
- BLS and ACLS certification required
- Minimum 2 years of experience required
- Interventional Radiology experience required
- Neuro Interventional Radiology experience preferred
- License required if applicable
- US SSN and date of birth required for consideration
- No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
Additional Information
- Blue scrubs required as dress code
- First-time travelers may be considered
- No local candidates accepted; 50-mile radius rule applies
