Description

American Traveler is hiring an Emergency Department RN for a 13-week night shift assignment requiring a minimum of 2 years ED experience and prior travel experience.

Details

• Work in the Emergency Services department of a 130-bed hospital with a 19-bed ICU
• Patient population varies across all age ranges
• 12-hour night shift from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, 36 hours per week
• Minimum of 4 weekend shifts required per 6-week schedule, with Saturday or Sunday coverage for day shift and Friday or Saturday coverage for night shift
• No floating or charge responsibilities required

Requirements

• Active TN or compact RN license required on file at time of consideration
• Minimum of 2 years of Emergency Department experience required
• Prior travel nursing experience required
• Current certifications required: BLS, ACLS, and PALS

Additional Information

• Scrubs of any color are permitted
• Coverage required for 2 of the 3 designated holidays
• All time off requests must be submitted in advance and cannot include more than one holiday
• Local candidates accepted at a lower rate within a 75-mile radius of the facility
