Description
American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an Operating Room position requiring strength in Ophthalmology, joint replacement, and urology surgeries along with NC or compact RN licensure.
Details
- Work in the Operating Room of a surgical services department
- Caseload includes Ophthalmology surgeries, joint replacement, and urology procedures
- Epic EMR experience preferred
- 4x10 hour shifts, 0645-1715, totaling 40 hrs/week
- 30 minute meal break included in shift
- Call responsibilities required
Requirements
- Active RN license (NC or Compact) required
- Current certifications: BLS and ACLS (American Heart Association)
- Annual NIHSS certification required
- Epic EMR experience preferred
Additional Information
- Provide nursing care within the operating room setting
- Deliver clinically competent nursing care consistent with a Clinical Nurse II level of practice
