Description

American Traveler is hiring an RN for a Cardiac Cath Lab position requiring a CT or compact RN license and prior cath lab and ICU experience.

Details

Work in the Invasive Cardio Cath Lab, covering Cardiac Cath Lab, ICU, CCU, and ER areas
Daily procedures with scheduled shifts Monday through Friday
Shift times are 7:00am-3:30pm or a mix of 7:00am-3:30pm and 7:00am-5:30pm shifts
On-call coverage required for weekends and holidays, including STEMI and acute neuroendovascular stroke cases
On-call shifts are covered by two RNs

Requirements

Active CT State RN license or compact license required
Current BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA only)
Minimum 2 years of experience required
Cath lab and ICU experience required
CCU and ER experience preferred
Two professional references from a manager or above required for consideration

Additional Information

Provide nursing care across Cardiac Cath Lab, ICU, CCU, and ER settings as needed
Local candidates within 60 miles accepted at a reduced rate
Returning travelers with prior Northwell or Nuvance Health experience must undergo an eligibility review before being considered
