Description

American Traveler is hiring a Nuclear Medicine Technologist with at least 1 year of experience and prior travel assignment experience for a full-service nuclear medicine department.

Details

Full service Nuclear Medicine department imaging both inpatient and outpatient populations
General imaging includes HIDA, Bone, Gastric Emptying, Lung scan, GI Bleeds, Brain Death, and Thyroid studies
Therapy procedures include I-131 and Sm-153
Cardiac imaging includes Nuclear Cardiac Stress Testing and Plain Treadmills
PET imaging includes FDG Oncology, FDG Infection, PSMA, Neuroendocrine, and Cardiac Viability studies
Day shift schedule, 5x8 hours from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
Weekend shifts optional, not required
No on-call requirement

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience required
BLS and ARRT certification required
Active MS license required if applicable
Must have completed at least one prior travel assignment
Must live at least 100 miles from the facility to be considered

Additional Information

Must be willing to work at least 1 holiday per RTO policy
First-time travelers will not be considered for this position
Former permanent staff or travelers must be separated from the facility for at least 1 year before returning
