Description

American Traveler is hiring an MRI Technologist with 6+ months of current MRI experience to work weekday day shifts in a hospital radiology department.

Details

Radiology/MRI unit with 2 scanners: 1 GE (1.5T) and 1 Siemens (3T)
4 techs on duty during the day plus on-call coverage overnight
Uses Siemens/GE MRI equipment and Meditech EMR
Typical procedures include Neuro, Liver, Pelvis, Pediatric, and Cardiac MRI
Weekday schedule, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM shifts

Requirements

Minimum of 6 months current MRI Tech experience
ARRT (MR) certification required
BLS certification required
License required if applicable
No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months

Additional Information

Cardiac MR and advanced neuro experience preferred
Ability to scan independently preferred
IV skills preferred
Candidates should be easy going and willing to help out wherever needed
Does not accept local candidates within a 50 mile radius
