Description

American Traveler is seeking a Respiratory Therapist for a NICU position requiring a minimum of 2 years of recent specialty experience and GA RRT licensure.

Details

NICU setting within the Respiratory Care/Diagnostic Services department
12-hour day shifts, 3 shifts per week
Schedule follows a Friday/Saturday/Sunday rotation, 7a-730p

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of recent NICU respiratory therapy experience
GA RRT License required (license required if applicable)
RRT Certification through NBRC
AHA BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
2 professional references required

Additional Information

Must work 2 of 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day) and 1 minor holiday (Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve)
Does not accept local candidates within 50 miles of the facility
Returning staff who previously worked at the facility as permanent employees must have a 2-year break before returning as travelers
RTO must be requested upfront prior to offer and cannot be requested after
