Description

American Traveler is seeking an Outpatient Physical Therapist with 2+ years of experience and an active Illinois PT license to join a rehabilitation team on a hospital campus.

Details

Outpatient and rehabilitation setting located in a pavilion on the main hospital campus
Night shift schedule with 10-hour shifts, 4 shifts per week
Cerner EMR experience strongly preferred

Requirements

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
Active Illinois PT license required (license required if applicable)
BLS certification required
Minimum 2 years of recent experience in outpatient physical therapy required
2 professional references from similar experience (1-2 years) required

Additional Information

Floating within scope to other like units may be required
Candidates must reside within a 50-mile radius of the facility, no exceptions
RTO must be disclosed at time of consideration
