Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced OR Circulator RN with robot-assisted surgery skills and previous charge experience for a day shift position requiring an active MI license.

Details

• Operating Room setting functioning as OR Circulator
• Monday-Friday day shift, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (5x8 hours)
• On-call required 7 days per month (M-F 1700-0700, weekends 0700-0700)
• 1:1 patient ratio
• Charting performed in Epic
• Procedures include circulating, conscious sedation, robot-assisted ortho, cataracts, endo, and general/gyn surgeries
• Telemetry monitoring required

Requirements

• Active MI RN license required by start date (compact license not accepted)
• Minimum 3 years of experience required, 3-5 years preferred
• Current certifications in ACLS, BLS, and PALS required; NIHSS and TNCC preferred
• Previous charge experience required
• Experience in general, ortho, cataracts, endo, robot-assisted general, and gyn surgeries required
• Epic EMR experience preferred
• Proof of high school level education required

• Facility is a critical access hospital

• Local candidates accepted at the same rate as travel with no radius restriction
• Returning core staff must wait 12 months before reapplying and are subject to HR verification
• Maximum RTO of 5 days per assignment, must be submitted at time of profile submission
• First-time travelers may be considered depending on experience level
