Description

American Traveler is hiring an RN for an Emergency Department position requiring ND or compact RN licensure and ACLS/PALS certification.

Details

Work in a 24/7 Emergency Department setting
3x12 day/night rotating shift schedule, 36 hours per week
No on-call responsibilities

Requirements

Active RN license (ND or Compact) required prior to start
Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, and PALS required prior to start
NRP certification required
TNCC certification required
ENPC certification required upon qualification into course

Additional Information

Provide direct nursing care following established ED policies, procedures, and protocols
Perform patient rounds, assessments, and develop individualized care plans
Identify and respond to early warning signs of patient deterioration
Coordinate care within an interdisciplinary team and support discharge planning and patient education
Complete and submit incident reports prior to end of each shift
