Description
American Traveler is seeking a Home Health Physical Therapist with 1+ years of adult home health experience and an active MD PT license.
Details
- Home health setting covering Lower Montgomery and upper to mid Prince George's counties
- Schedule is 5x8s, Monday through Friday, day shift 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- Caseload of 6-7 visits per day
- Patient population includes cardiopulmonary, geriatrics, neurology, oncology, and orthopedic cases
- No weekend or on-call requirements
Requirements
- Active MD PT state license required (license required if applicable)
- BLS certification required
- Minimum 1 year of experience required
- Adult health care experience required
- Two supervisor references required for consideration
Additional Information
- First-time travelers will be considered
- Must be willing to float within scope of practice
- Former employees must be separated from the facility for at least 1 year
- Tobacco-free facility; candidates must be nicotine-free, as a positive nicotine screen will result in cancellation
- RTO limited to 1 request
- Local candidates accepted at the same bill rate with no mile radius rule
