- Day shift schedule, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM
- 12-week contract length
Requirements
- Current, active Occupational Therapist license required if applicable
- Primary license verification within the last 30 days
- NURSYS report within the last 30 days or applicable tech license information
- Skills checklist completed within the last 12 months
- Two completed professional references from a manager or supervisor within the last 2 years
