Description
American Traveler is hiring a Med/Surg RN for a 12-hour night float pool position requiring 2+ years of experience and prior travel assignment history.
Details
- Med/Surg Float Pool position floating within 5 Medical-Surgical units
- General Med/Surg adult patient population, ages 18+
- Patient ratios range from 1:1 to 1:6
- 12-hour night shift, 7p-7a, 36 hours per week
- Weekend work required
- Floating to the ER as needed
- EMR: Cerner
- Unit creates the schedule
Requirements
- Active TN RN license or compact license on file at time of consideration
- Current BLS certification
- Minimum of 2 years of Med/Surg nursing experience required
- Prior travel nursing experience required
Additional Information
- Navy scrubs required
- Must work 2 of the 3 designated holidays
- Accepts local candidates at a lower rate
- Radius rule is 75 miles for standard travel rate eligibility
- First-time travelers will not be considered for this role
