Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an Emergency Department position requiring active OH or compact license and 1 year of recent ER experience.

Details

• Work in the Emergency Department of a hospital setting
• 13-week assignment on evening shift (3x12 hours, 3:00 PM-3:30 AM)

Requirements

• Active OH RN license or compact license in hand at time of consideration
• 1 year of combined permanent ER experience required
• Current AHA BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required and must be active (no pending certifications accepted)
• NIHSS certification required
• TNCC certification preferred
• One professional reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the ER specialty required (co-worker references not accepted)
• COVID-19 vaccine required with medical/religious exemptions only
• Flu vaccine required with medical/religious exemptions only

Additional Information

• ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessment completed during orientation, with a maximum of 2 attempts to pass
• Local candidates accepted at the same bill rate
• Travelers expected to work every other holiday
• Permanent candidates cannot return to Cleveland Clinic hospitals for 1 year from their previous end date
• First-time travelers are not required to have travel experience
