Description

American Traveler is hiring a Nuclear Medicine Technologist for an outpatient facility, requiring CNMT, NMTCB or ARRT certification, and at least 1 year of experience.

Details

Outpatient facility setting
5x8 hour day shifts from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
No weekend requirement
No on-call requirement
No floating between units required
Charting via EPIC

Requirements

Minimum of 1 year of experience required, new grads also considered
BLS required
CNMT, NMTCB, or ARRT certification required
ACLS, ARRT(N), ARRT(R), CNMT, and NMTCB preferred
Experience with SPECT imaging including bone, brain, liver, renal, and sestamibi parathyroid scans
Experience drawing venous blood
Experience with GE, Philips, or Siemens equipment preferred
Experience with PET scans, myocardial and pharmacological stress procedures preferred
Experience with outpatient cardiac stress testing and Lexiscan preferred
Compact state license must be in hand at time of submission
License required if applicable

Additional Information

First-time travelers accepted
Local candidates accepted, though offered at a lower bill rate
Candidates must live outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to qualify for travel rate
Scrubs of any color permitted
Former Providence permanent staff may return after a 3-month waiting period and must reside outside a 50-mile radius
Must be willing to commit to working 3 of 5 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day)
