Description

American Traveler is hiring an RN for an ICU position requiring a compact RN license and at least 1 year of ICU experience.

Details

Work in the Intensive Care Unit of a hospital setting
3x12-hour day shifts per week, 0700-1930
Weekend shifts required
May be required to float to other departments within scope of competency and qualifications
May be placed on-call during a regularly scheduled shift
Uses Epic EMR

Requirements

Active RN license (Compact or Single State)
Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications (AHA, not expiring before start)
Minimum 1 year of ICU experience required
ASN required; BSN preferred
Epic charting experience required
DOB and last 4 of SSN required for consideration

Additional Information

Perform independent nursing functions and delegated medical duties per state Board of Nursing standards
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care
Perform health teaching, counseling, and therapy monitoring
Document care in accordance with hospital and regulatory guidelines
Must work Christmas Eve and Christmas Day
Returning staff must be separated from any Intermountain facility for at least one year before being eligible for a travel assignment
