Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an Emergency Department position requiring Level IV trauma experience and PALS certification.

Details

• Emergency Services department with 14 beds
• Patient ratio of 1:5
• Day shift, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• No call responsibilities
• No block scheduling
• Uses MEDHOST EDIS EMR

Requirements

• Active TX or compact RN license required
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
• Minimum 2 years of recent Emergency Department experience required
• Level IV trauma experience required
• Certifications must not expire within the first 30 days of assignment start
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months

Additional Information

• Scrubs in any solid color required
• Parking available in front of the hospital
• Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility
• RTO requests must be less than one week
• Travelers who worked as permanent staff at any CHS facility within the past 2 years will not be considered
