Description
American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for an Acute Dialysis unit requiring hemodialysis experience and a NM or compact RN license.
Details
- Work in an 8-bed acute dialysis suite, performing HD at bedside in intermediate and ICU settings
- Patient ratios of 1:2 in the dialysis suite and 1:1 in intermediate/ICU settings
- Patient population requiring hemodialysis
- Uses Cerner EHR
- 13-week assignment on a 7a-7p shift schedule
- Varied weekend hours required
- Call requirements apply
- Will not be required to float
Requirements
- Active RN license (NM or Compact)
- BLS certification required
- RN degree required
- 2+ years of experience required
- Hemodialysis experience required
- CRRT experience preferred
Additional Information
- Perform hemodialysis treatments with strong assessment skills
- Works under the supervision of the unit's clinical leadership
