Description

American Traveler is hiring a Travel IR RN for a 13-26 week assignment requiring Interventional Radiology experience and a FL or compact RN license.

Details

• Work in the Special Procedures/Interventional Radiology unit of a hospital setting
• 6-bed unit with a staff of 19, including 10 RNs and 9 techs on day shift
• 1:1 patient ratios
• Procedures include Neuro Interventional and Interventional Radiology procedures
• Uses GE equipment
• Charting performed in Maclab EMR
• Day shift schedule 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM with on-call coverage after hours Monday through Friday
• Required to work every other weekend and holidays in rotation with facility staff

Requirements

• Active FL or compact RN license required
• Minimum 1 year of recent Interventional Radiology experience required
• Interventional Radiology procedure experience preferred
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
• US Social Security Number and date of birth required for consideration

Additional Information

• Provide nursing care for patients undergoing Interventional Radiology and Neuro Interventional procedures
• Positive, team-oriented personality preferred
• Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility; no local candidates accepted
