Description
American Traveler is hiring a Med/Surg RN for a 12-hour night float pool position requiring TN or compact RN license and prior travel experience.
Details
- Med/Surg float pool position within a hospital setting
- Floats across 5 different Med/Surg units as needed, including the ER
- General Med/Surg patient population, ages 18+
- Patient ratios range from 1:1 to 1:6
- 12-hour night shift schedule (7p-7a), 36 hours per week
- No block schedule offered; must be flexible to meet unit staffing needs
- Weekend shifts required
- Uses Cerner EMR
Requirements
- Active TN RN license or compact license required on file at time of consideration
- BLS certification required
- Minimum of 2 years of RN experience required
- Prior travel nursing experience required
Additional Information
- Navy scrubs required
- Unit creates the work schedule
- Accepts local candidates at a lower rate outside a 75-mile radius
